Privacy Policy
SnipeKiller is designed around public blockchain intelligence. We do not ask users to submit private keys or seed phrases. Never provide private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials to SnipeKiller or to anyone claiming to represent SnipeKiller.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SnipeKiller LLC (“SnipeKiller,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use snipekiller.com, SnipeKiller™ Intelligence, saved reports, and related services (the “Service”).
2. Information you provide
The Service allows users to submit public blockchain addresses and other supported public identifiers for analysis. These inputs are not private keys and should not contain secrets. If you communicate with us through official social, community, or contact channels, we may receive the information you choose to provide in that communication.
3. Information collected automatically
When you access the Service, hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, requested URLs, network metadata, and security or diagnostic logs. This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, rate-limit, and improve the Service.
4. Blockchain and public-source data
SnipeKiller analyzes information that is publicly available on blockchains and from selected public sources. This can include wallet addresses, transactions, token balances, public project websites, public social identities, public KOL or caller information, and other publicly accessible evidence. Blockchain information is inherently public and may remain available independently of SnipeKiller.
5. Saved reports and project memory
When a saved report is created, SnipeKiller may retain a sanitized snapshot of the scan so the report can remain accessible at its public URL. The Service may also retain public project fingerprints, public identity relationships, or other evidence used for cross-project comparison and historical intelligence. Do not create or share a saved report if you do not want that report accessible through its public link.
6. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide blockchain scans and forensic reports;
- maintain report snapshots and cross-project intelligence;
- detect abuse, enforce rate limits, protect security, and troubleshoot failures;
- improve methodology, reliability, performance, and user experience;
- respond to communications and comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Service providers
We use third-party infrastructure and data services to operate the Service. These can include hosting/serverless infrastructure and blockchain data providers such as Netlify and Helius, as well as public data sources linked or identified in reports. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Sale of personal information
SnipeKiller does not sell personal information to advertisers. We do not operate the Service as a data brokerage business.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Service may use browser storage or similar technologies when technically necessary to support site functionality, caching, scan state, abuse prevention, or user experience. Third-party sites reached through links from SnipeKiller may use their own cookies or tracking technologies under their own policies.
10. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating the Service, maintaining public report snapshots and project memory, protecting security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Public blockchain data may remain available permanently on the underlying blockchain regardless of our retention practices.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Service. No internet service is completely secure. SnipeKiller will never need your seed phrase or private key to perform a public blockchain scan.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to certain personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, or restriction. These rights may not apply to public blockchain records that SnipeKiller does not control and cannot alter. Requests may be made through the official SnipeKiller contact channels published on the Site.
13. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users who are legally able to use the Service and interact with crypto-related information in their jurisdiction.
14. Third-party links
Reports may link to explorers, decentralized exchanges, launch platforms, project websites, X, Telegram, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service develops or legal requirements change. The current version will be identified by the “Last updated” date above.
16. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be directed to contact@snipekiller.com.
