Terms of Service
Important: SnipeKiller provides informational blockchain intelligence. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, and no score, finding, report, label, or market-health assessment is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of snipekiller.com, SnipeKiller™ Intelligence, saved or shareable reports, and related services operated by SnipeKiller LLC (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service analyzes public blockchain data and selected public off-chain information to present forensic observations, risk context, wallet relationships, market conditions, project identity information, and supporting evidence. Outputs can include Snipe Score™, Structure, Behavioral Risk, Data Maturity, Current Market Health, wallet intelligence, off-chain intelligence, KOL relationship context, and proof links.
Analytical outputs are based on available data and methodology at the time of a scan. Blockchain state, liquidity, holder distribution, websites, social accounts, public profiles, and market conditions can change rapidly.
3. No financial advice or guarantee
The Service is for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Service is a safety rating, price prediction, endorsement, guarantee of legitimacy, or guarantee of future performance. Crypto assets are speculative and can lose substantial or all value. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for independently verifying information before acting.
4. Evidence, classifications, and limitations
SnipeKiller attempts to distinguish observed evidence from inference. Terms such as “risk,” “cluster,” “relationship,” “KOL activity,” “market exit,” or similar classifications describe the evidence and methodology used by the Service; they do not by themselves establish common real-world ownership, unlawful conduct, fraud, manipulation, or intent.
Public data providers, RPC services, decentralized exchanges, websites, social networks, and other third-party sources can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. The Service may therefore contain errors, omissions, false positives, false negatives, or stale information.
5. Saved and shareable reports
If you create or share a saved report, the report may be accessible to anyone who has its public URL. Saved reports are snapshots of observed data and analysis at a particular time and may differ from a later fresh scan. Do not treat an older report as a representation of current market conditions.
6. User inputs and acceptable use
You may submit public blockchain addresses or other supported identifiers to the Service. You agree not to use the Service to violate law, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, evade rate limits or security controls, or use automated activity that materially degrades availability for others.
7. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or use information from third parties, including blockchain data providers, explorers, exchanges, launch platforms, websites, social networks, and trading interfaces. SnipeKiller LLC does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, transactions, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. Intellectual property
The SnipeKiller name, SnipeKiller™ branding, Snipe Score™, site design, original reports, explanatory content, and proprietary analysis logic are owned by or licensed to SnipeKiller LLC, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Public blockchain facts and third-party source material remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
You may share public SnipeKiller report links and reasonable excerpts for commentary or discussion, provided you do not misrepresent, remove attribution from, or falsely claim authorship of SnipeKiller analysis.
9. Service changes and availability
The Service is under active development. Features, data sources, methodology, labels, limits, and availability may change without notice. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnipeKiller LLC and its members, managers, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on analytical outputs or third-party services.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
